Create a form

After you create your workspace, click on the "+ New Form" button to create a form within that workspace. After that you can go to the form editor to create your first Form

You can start from scratch or choose any template below to get a headstart

The interface is very intuitive and very similar to Notion. you can choose among a wide variety of impact-making form blocks that you can use to gather insightful data from your users.

Make sure to click on "Save form" button after making any changes so that you don't lose your progress

You can add new blocks by either typing / in a new line or using the + button
